I probably do not need to tell you how overwhelming purchasing your first home can be. Both Sue and Jennifer were very professional in their dealing with us and very courteous. Additionally, they are excellent listeners and provided valuable feedback both in the form of weekly statistics as well as timely phone comments after each showing. When we sadly decided that it was time to sell our house on Casey Key, Deborah made the whole experience as pleasant and painless as possible. She is very organized, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, considerate, professional, and just very enjoyable to work with. She even brought special 'treasures' to our little dog, which was as traumatized as we were by having to leave a special home.

When I think back to a year ago, when I listed my condo with you, I can't help but smile regarding the experience. When everyone else was having trouble selling, listing for over a year, etc, I couldn't believe it when you were able to get an offer in 11 days. When the gulf was in trouble with the oil spill, I feared I would have to come down drastically in my asking price. The selling price for my unit was exactly what I had hoped to get.
