We cannot speak too highly of the professionalism, attention to detail and service level exhibited by Julia McClung. She was a delight to work with over the more than one year of our house hunting. She understood our needs, showed us only relevant properties and guided the entire sale process from identification through negotiation and final closing. If all our real estate transactions had been overseen by Julia, it is likely we would have fewer grey hairs.

As non U.S. residents we were unfamiliar with many of the terms and stages of property sales, however Carol patiently made sure that we were totally in the picture at all times. We feel that she is a first class representative of Michael Saunders & Company. In conclusion what could have been a stressful situation was averted by the high standard of services provided by all, including Patty Sullivan at MSC Title Company.

Jeanne Ballock was the agent for our property. The transaction was quite complicated, as there were substantial legal issues related to the property. Jeanne was always courteous and respectful, and handled most of the communication with the attorney. She was efficient, persistent, and was able to get the job done. Please know that in Jeanne, you have an extremely professional and knowledgeable agent. She has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to work with.
