We are the purchasers of a new build property and dealt with your realtor Jack Otto. I am pleased to report to you that even after spending days taking us round various properties, Jack guided us through all the procedures of the purchase amazingly, negotiating with the builders and the lawyers on the many issues that arose and making sure everything was put in hand, and checking out that it was done. We cannot speak more highly of this gentleman and his professionalism.

I am sure you are aware of her capabilities and what a terrific asset to your firm is Sue Parr. She recently sold our property in Burnt Store Marina after a listing of about 8 months. You can truly understand the value of a Realtor after having closed on a short sale. Steve worked with my wife, Becky, and me for over a year before we finally closed on our home.
