Stephen Strong has been absolutely great to work with in our venture to relocate from Colorado to Florida. With the current market conditions, it has taken us almost a year to get our home in Colorado under contract. Throughout that time, Stephen< was sending us listings, going out and checking out homes for us, answering all of our many questions, and keeping us appraised of market conditions. We had an excellent and successful experience listing our property with Leigh Simons with Michael Saunders & Company. The property was on the market for over three years with another agency and last summer we changed to Leigh. Prior to this, we did not receive one offer. Leigh did such an excellent job of marketing it that we had two offers within 5 months and sold it for 96% of our asking price.
