Over the year or so we spent dealing with Dan we were nothing but impressed with his responsiveness, honesty, knowledge and integrity. My experience with Dan is that he is more like a strategic partner than a Realtor. He knows Sarasota real estate, is extremely detail-oriented and articulate, and most importantly, seems very genuine in making sure that each deal I do is the right transaction for me.

Let me take this opportunity to praise your associate Melba Jimenez. I had previously had the house on the market for over two years with another Realtor. Amazingly, when Melba listed the property within a matter of days she was able to locate a prospective buyer desirous of completing a transaction and we were able to close.

Dan Freed was tireless in helping me find the home that fit my needs and personality perfectly. I was able to reach him 7 days a week and never waited long for a reply to my questions. Dan was even helpful during parts of the process that were not his responsibility such as securing the loan. I would definitely recommend him to friends or family.

Everything about him made us realize he was the 'right' person to find us the 'right house', and we have not been disappointed. Dan is nothing short of amazing. He has been tireless in his search to find us the 'right' area and then the 'right' home; quick in his response to our calls or questions; answered our many queries directly, yet was gracious in his demeanor; and was quite knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Sarasota area and willing to share that knowledge readily.
