You dream it, she finds it! Jomara asked one time what we were looking for and within two tours we found our dream home! She was so organized that not only what she organized with her own paperwork but she made sure I had everything I needed to organize my own. This was by far the easiest experience I have ever had with buying anything. I will say it was smoother than going to find a dish set for the house on my own! Elizabeth is a truly incredible, dedicated hustler. Within a day of starting work with her, we’d received and (independently) visited several houses that she referred us to. We received a steady stream of updates about houses that fit our interests, and within a week we’d found our new home! Elizabeth was informative and available throughout the process, answering the myriad of questions that we had as first time homebuyers and skillfully juggled the unusual lending situation we found ourselves in as a function of being an entrepreneurial family. She coordinated with all parties efficiently behind the scenes to keep everything moving, but it never felt that she wasn’t looking out for our interests first, rather than just chasing a check. She managed to coordinate our diligence process cross-continent, as we went overseas during it, and assisted us in the many rapid-fire inspections we ordered while in-country. Thanks to her, we now have a wonderful new home at a fantastic price in a great neighborhood. Will 100% use her again.

Noel did an amazing job marketing, showing and closing on our home, much to our satisfaction. Every home sale comes with challenges and she worked hard to meet them every time she showed our beautiful home. She was professional, approachable and willing to have us be part of the strategy of our sale, while guiding us the entire way. She was always present and engaged when showing our home, with full knowledge and perfect delivery of all of the home's attributes for potential buyers. Noel explains all the details with ease because she knows the product she is representing, never pushy or over bearing in her presentation of the home. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent that has an edge over others with her personality , professionalism and excellent work ethic.
