Exceptional service I received from Ethel and Harvey Lovelace. During that time both Harvey and Ethel assisted me in many ways. This was important to me since I conducted most of the transaction from my home in Buffalo, NY. Their service was extraordinary and always prompt, courteous and professional. I would like to acknowledge Kim Ogilvie for the excellent job in selling our St. Armands home. Kim was able to accomplish a nearly impossible task in that Laurie and I found the perfect lot to build our new home, but wanted to sell our waterfront home first. Kim planned an ‘aggressive attack’; our home sold within 30 days. She had the knowledge and expertise to handle our million dollar listing. My father was a broker, so I understand where hard work gets you - Kim is there!

As an out of town-owner it was essential to me that we have someone who is trustworthy and “knows the ropes” and my criteria was more than met through Sherri Mills. Sherri helped us establish the price, stage the home and generally stay on top every step of the way. Sherri was matter of fact regarding pricing and the shape of the property. Overall, if I had another property anywhere in your market I would call Sherri in a heartbeat.
