I first met Richard in 2006 when my wife and I were looking for gulf front property on Longboat Key. Richard responded promptly to our needs with understanding and courtesy as well as the extra effort needed to help us find what we were looking for. I also found that Richard's background, expertise and knowledge of Longboat Key were invaluable in guiding us through a successful purchase on the gulf. It’s more than a sale with Richard! I have known Richard for over 12 years. He has not only been instrumental in the purchase and sale of multiple residences for me, but even more importantly, he was there and continues to be there for me, since the tragic passing of my wife which will now be 2 years ago. We own a gulf front property on Longboat Key which we decided to sell. I chose Richard after researching different companies and interviewing Richard. Since none of us live in Florida, it was critical to me to find someone highly experienced on Longboat Key who could represent us with local contractors as well as buyers. Richard has done an outstanding job on both fronts. We received 2 offers in the first 30 days of the listing, and the property is currently under contract.
