I have a very high 'standards bar' for real estate selling. Dana and Donald met the bar easily in terms of the advice they gave us about pricing, timing, getting the unit ready to show to its best advantage, negotiating with potential buyers who put in bids, signing contractual papers, negotiating with the ultimate buyer and getting us through the walk-through and closing. We are ready to list a second unit with them. We highly recommend using the two of them.

We lost a very good friend and our loss was compounded by the responsibility of administering her estate.
