Matt is amazing. I was a first-time home buyer and fairly apprehensive about the entire home buying process. Matt is incredibly personable, very knowledgeable, and extremely responsive to communications. He sent me a variety of available properties and worked with me to narrow down what kinds of properties I was interested in. His schedule is very flexible and he was always willing to show me whatever properties I was interested in seeing, including evenings and weekends. When I was ready to make an offer, and then later when my offer was accepted, Matt always kept me informed of all the details and made sure that I understood everything. Throughout the entire process, I never felt alone. Matt took something that made me apprehensive and made me feel at ease. I can now proudly say that I am a homeowner and I have Matt to thank for it.
