Lenore was A-1 the best. Experienced, savvy, street smart and entirely professional. Able to handle every situation that came up calmly and effectively. She was exceptionally responsive and accessible. If she was in a meeting she let me know when she would be able to get back to me. She was a great partner in helping me sort through alternatives. On top of all that, she was creative and made the whole process fun from start to finish. I recommend her highly.

Margaret is an exceptional realtor. We were in Florida from Connecticut searching for a seasonal home. From the beginning of the process she listened to our initial home requests and found a variety of homes to meet our wishes. As the process continued our home expectations evolved and changed. I worked with Beverly on the sale of my mother’s house on Siesta Key. It was a unique property that required a unique buyer. Beverly marketed it creatively and expertly, and with a steady hand in the face of seller family disagreements. She ultimately sold the property for exactly the price she predicted from her market analysis in the beginning, to that one buyer who loved it. Brenda Ritchie is the most dedicated real estate agent we have ever known. She takes a personal interest in her clients and is on top of any questionable issues that arise. She kept us aware of the proceedings every step of the way and went out of her way to help with emails and documents that were difficult to access or understand. We were pleased with her knowledge and expertise re-garding real estate . We feel fortunate to have had Brenda list and sell the condo at River West. We moved from Tampa to Glenn Lakes in Bradenton -- completely new to the area. Although we were the buyer and Leah was the seller's agent, Leah was extremely helpful in interpreting HOA bylaws, giving us resources such as lawn care, handimen, painters etc. She was very honest about the house and professional In every aspect of the transaction. We highly recommend her.
