I have worked with Rick Scherer for many years and found him to be a conscientious, knowledgeable, experienced realtor. His attention to detail in helping you prepare your house for sale is impeccable. His communication and follow up when showing my homes has been so helpful and eased anxiety that sometimes comes with listing a home for sale. We love staying at Oasis on Osprey. We’ve stayed 3 years in a row. It’s the perfect location. Close to our family, the beach, easy access to golf & shopping. We feel safe riding to the Legacy Trail for biking. It’s pet friendly and with it’s adjacent neighborhood for walking. Anna & David are very helpful, responsive & cordial. It’s our go to accommodation in Sarasota.

From our first meeting, I knew that I was making the right choice by selecting Victoria as my agent. Madeleine's knowledge and professionalism is very a refreshing feeling when you are dealing with real estate. She is my go to person when it comes to purchasing a home.
