Yvonne Wolf is superstar real estate professional. I live in Arizona but want to move to Florida. Although I have not yet sold my house in Arizona, Yvonne knows I am a serious buyer and want to move to the Sarasota area. I made two exploratory trips to Sarasota. Yvonne and her husband, Brian, thoroughly educated me on various areas that might be of interest. EXCELLENT......The buyer even stated that she was so impressed with Maurice, he was one of the factors that precipitated her purchase. She was sure that if he was representing the property, then the property was impressive! It should be noted that the buyer is a former real estate agent in Chicago and knew of what she spoke!
