Jim Litton was extremely helpful in selling my home. He is very easy to talk to and responsive to clients needs. He is also patient and knowledgeable about the Gulf Coast housing market. I am completely satisfied with the experience I had with Thayer group. I absolutely adore Kelly. She really helped me find the perfect house for my family. We had some unique requirements which did not make her job easy, especially in the current housing market. But she did it!! I love my new house and will always associate Kelly with the home sweet home feeling.

Wonderful. I contacted several R/E agents asking for some information the rental market. I was not going to give a listing, just wanted some info. None offered to help with the exception of Margie, for which I am very thankful. She goes the extra mile to helping people without expecting to make a commission. When considering your R/E needs, consider using her. I don't know her but I do know she is a people person & will treat you well. Thank you Margie
