Yamila was truly exceptional! We was impressed with her knowledge about the Real Estate market. She was always available and also very well versed at dealing with others Real Estate agents. Yamila was patient calm and give confidence you need with the document. She sold our house in Miami in less than ten days, we both other house in another county and she did an incredible amount of information about the new City. We have been living at 100 Central Ave. in the heart of downtown Sarasota for 17 years.We have loved the building so much we have lived in 3 different units. We met Bibi-Ann when she was representing the seller of the first unit we purchased there. Since then she has been involved in the purchase and sale of each of the 3 units.We found her to be very knowledgeable as it relates to the market downtown and always relied on her assessment of current conditions.
