I met Juli at an open house that she and another agent from her office were hosting. The house was outside my price range and I told Juli this up front. Juli was extremely helpful answering my questions and she made a point of letting me know that she was available to show me other properties and that she would be very low-pressure. Juli was good to her word. I gave Juli a very precise list and a general price range in which I wanted to shop in what was a very hot real estate market in Boulder CO. Juli consistently sent me new listings and as I was actively looking for homes coming on the market. She was open to showing me homes I found as well. Juli really knows the Boulder market well and several times she gave me very good advice about the market specific neighborhoods and planning my bidding strategy. When I finally found a home I loved that needed some updating and TLC, Juli gave me sound advice about how to formulate my bid. I wound up being able to buy this home and Juli's advice saved me thousands of dollars. The best things to me about working with Juli are her low-pressure approach, her sincere desire to help her clients find what is best for them, her trustworthiness and her integrity. I give Juli my highest recommendation.

Juli was patient and never lost her cool through the ups and downs during the six months it took to find our dream home. We had at least daily communications and updates throughout the process. She knew what we wanted in our mountain home and was determined to find the perfect home for us.

We enjoyed working with Juli. She was very professional: thorough, timely responsive and shared valuable current market information. We listed our condo at the end of July after a downturn in the market, and Juli helped us price it right so it sold in a few weeks slightly under our asking price. Other condos in the development started higher and then took reductions several times. Juli was also our agent for purchasing a townhome. Again she helped us identify a good price for a 2 bed. We have used several other agents in the area e.g. when we purchased our home. However, we would hire Juli again for her valuable assistance including her openness and honesty in this challenging process.

Diane is thoroughly professional and always acts in the best interests of her clients. Her experience with new and resale homes shows in her due diligence, knowing the importance of independent, licensed home inspectors who work for her clients, not the insurance companies and builders.
