Just wanted to take a moment and let you know what an absolute pleasure it has been to work with Cathy over the past year while we looked to find our first Florida Home. Karen and I have been feeding information back and forth to Cathy while she sends us feedback. We finally got our home sold in August and were able to go into full pursuit mode with Cathy. Cathy helped us navigate thru the list of homes and when it was all done, we settled on what we both think was an excellent choice in Tara Preserve. Cathy was so professional about everything and we consider her now more than just a real-estate agent. There was a lot of things to learn moving from Indiana but she helped keep things under control and helped guide us thru all of the differences in buying homes.

The Alliano Fox team is an amazing Realtor team! Susan and Sally handled our mom’s estate sale like it was their own home. They went consistently out of their way to meet with inspectors, handymen, buyers, and buyers' agents to help us sell mom’s home. With Susan and Sally you get the whole package-all details are taken care of. They are truly and absolutely the best in the industry, and they get 5 stars plus as one’s real estate agents.

My family has purchased and sold a number of properties on Siesta Key - both homes and investment properties.
