Kathy and Todd were fantastic to work with! They spent many months searching for a condo that met our requirements. And, when they found the perfect one, they helped us finish all of the paperwork, inspect the property and get our questions answered by the HOA. They also came up with remedies to solve several issues that popped up. They make a great team and were very knowledgeable and responsive - no request was too big or small. We highly recommend working with them if you are looking for a home in the Longboat Key/Sarasota area!
