My husband and I came to Sarasota from Ct. and Vermont with the hope of finding a place to enjoy as we aged. All the kids were in college or working and it was time for us to transition. We heard about Mary Jo from a friend in Ct. who had a friend that bought a home through Mary Jo on Longboat Key. We contacted Mary Jo and asked her to start preparing a list of homes in our price range and preferences. After touring a week we found a 50's Bungalow on Midnight Pass in 2015. Mary Jo was so sincere, knowledgable, positive and helpful. we have been here for 8 years and I still enjoy reaching out to her and staying in touch. She has integrity and is a role model in her work and community involvement.

My name is Lynn Goodman, and I purchased a home at on Stone River Road in Manatee County. Steve and I have been friends for 20 years. It would be difficult to replace Steve as a friend because he is so very honest and genuine! Steve went above and beyond to help me find my future forever home. Mary Jo is the best, absolutely 5 stars! We couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and caring. She sold our Siesta Key condo in one day at full asking price. She graciously guided us through the whole process, making it stress free. We can’t say enough good things about her.

I met Judy Nimz in 2012 when I first moved to Sarasota. She was so helpful to me as a newcomer to this beautiful city. Since then Judy has assisted me in purchasing two homes and selling two homes. I cannot say enough about her expertise, professionalism and good humor. She is wonderful!

From the moment I decided to sell my house, Priscilla was compassionate, professional, and kind. She and Susan had helped us find our dream house when we bought it and after Karen's passing, they helped me sell it with a minimum of stress. I could never thank her (them) enough. She kept me informed throughout the process and kept me on task as I was not always up to speed. I still get messages reminding me of things I need to be doing, well after her obligation is done. I don't have the words to express my gratitude. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
