Dan spoke directly with every agent before they showed our Siesta condo. He said he wanted to be sure each agent knew all the features and benefits and they wouldn't rush thru their showing. Erik did an amazing job of listening and learning about our business needs in regards to finding a new location. We had been at our original location for almost 12 years. The building is scheduled for demolition and redevelopment. He frequently provided properties to look at that met our requirements. He was very timely in arranging times to go view potential properties and to be the go between in communicating with the prospective owners.
