We have known Vicki Pilato for years. She has been instrumental in the buying and selling of not only my homes but other family members homes. She is by far the most professional and driven individual in the real estate business I have met. Vicki will always be our go to agent when it comes to any real estate transactions.

Kathy is the best real estate agent for luxury properties in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota. She was professional from start to finish. The process started with detailed explanation of all paperwork. Then she had a photographer, videographer and drone operator take amazing photos of my property. She knew everything about my community (The Isles by Toll Brothers). She had flyers and maps and other information for each showing. My place looked like a model home. We had dozens of Zillow saves and showings started the next day. The offers followed quickly and we accepted. Kathy kept working. She was there for every inspection. She recommended contractors for a few minor repairs. Every aspect was smooth sailing. I highly recommend Kathy if you want someone to market your home like it was hers. Shelley Bryant

Kathleen is a SUPERWOMAN. From our initial meeting, to current she continues to excel at every aspect of her job. A delight, with the staging expertise of a designer. Dedicated, spending days bring her own pieces, painting objects and hanging artwork. Determined to show the home in its best light and always available to answer every and all our questions. Knowledgeable regarding the market, contracts and potential buyer's lender. We can not praise Kathleen Griffin enough. She indeed deserves an Excellent rating. Michael Saunders is fortunate to have her represent her company and we are fortunate to have her as our agent and now friend.

My recent sale transaction with The Alliano Fox Team at Michael Saunders & Company was professional, profitable, and painless. From determining an appropariate listing price, to widely advertising and presenting the property, to negotiating an agreeable sales price, they followed each step to a timely closing. Susan and Sally kept me informed of the progress and personally met with me as needed.I could not recommend The Alliano Fox Team more highly to assist anyone with their needs!
