Todd knows the area and has a great network to find homes that may be off market or coming soon. He's great with follow up, communication as a whole, and helps guide you every step of the way. In a world where there is a lot of representation Todd definitely provides value.

My transactions with Tammy are on-going. She's warm, helpful and sweet - she could melt butter! However, she's got a hard steel fist in her warm, soft, fuzzy, velvet glove! She's very efficient and explains her plans well. She's also fun!
