During the pandemic my husband and I were able to enjoy more time at home and finally had the opportunity to re-evaluate our goals. We decided to make our dream of owning a vacation home in Siesta Key come true. It was time for these Canadians to find a place in the sun! While inquiring about a property online we had the good fortune to connect with realtor Wendy Egan. My husband and I were so impressed by her demeanor, intelligence and attentiveness to our needs. Wendy was there for us every step of the way, from virtual tours of the property to placing the offer and advising us in a competitive market. Wendy connected with all parties and ensured all closing details were on schedule. She was our person on the ground when we couldn’t be there such as during the property inspection and even arranged house cleaning services before our arrival. I found Jeff to be a very dedicated professional and honest in his approach to selling my family home on Siesta Key. He worked very hard to make necessary improvements and getting the house ready to sell. It was a large project that required a lot attention to detail and clean up. The staging and promotion were all I could ask for. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone that is looking for a top tier realtor.

Margie was so thorough and professional in everything she did in selling our house. She was a pleasure to work with. The pictures in the booklet were outstanding, only being out done by the write up and presentation of our house in the multiple listing. We thank Jeff Weller for his superior advice and consequent sale of our home. We followed his suggestions for minimizing and rearranging our existing furnishings. We firmly believe his refined eye for design and staging, launched our home to a much higher level for marketing. Keith and Wayne were with me each step of the process and were very knowledgable about the Sarasota Area and all the options available. Being an out-of-town buyer they kept tabs on my new home construction and provided updates and support during the process. They even attended by closing and helped me to understand the documents I was signing.
