Michelle was a dream to work with. My husband and I reached out to her when we decided to sell our house in Sarasota. After our first meeting we knew we made a right decision. Michelle provided us with an extensive market research to make sure the listing price of our home was right within a current market value. Our listing included amazing photos of our property. Michelle pointed some small details that made a big difference in overall presentation. We had several viewings scheduled immediately. Communicating with Michelle was very easy. Emily was fantastic! She definitely went above and beyond her duties especially with us living out of town, She was upfront and honest with us and kept us up to date on everything. She has such a pleasant personality and was so easy to work with. She represented us in a professional and upright manner. Emily was outstanding! She went above and beyond expected duties when a couple of situations arose like repairing the fence and a pool issue. Her recommendations for different services were spot on. We could have never imagined when we walked into the Michael Saunders Downtown Sarasota office in search of our second home, the depth of knowledge and exceptional customer service we would be provided by Tony Boothby. Tony went above and beyond through every step of the journey from home hunting excursions to working with our builder, providing recommendations to local vendors, having virtual meetings when needed and ultimately, closing on the home. In today's world it is rare and very refreshing to have the opportunity to work with a true professional that genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend!!

I give the Condominiums on Oasis a 5 star! I was able to stay in condo 107A. during my 7 month travel nurse assignment! Upon arrival Anna was able to meet with me and give me a walk through and answered all my questions! I found the condominiums very welcoming and safe. My condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable had a great screened in patio and a nice backyard area for me and my dog who travels with me. It was located in a great location close to my work at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, it was only minutes from Siesta Key beach, located in a very nice community. I was able to walk with my dog or alone in the mornings and in the evenings and feel safe. Just down the street was a nice little community that had nice restaurants and a local market all within walking distance. or Publix was just walking distance away also. Anna and her husband David was always there to assist if I had any questions or concerns. I plan to return to Sarasota and plan to stay with them again!

I would never use another agent in Sarasota other than Bibi-Ann. Without going into any depth of details, I am pretty sure any other agent would have dumped me as a client due to some matters beyond my control that sent our process up and down for months. Bibi Ann stayed patient, professional and kind. She went way above and beyond in every way possible and sold the condo fast and for a solid price. She is a jewel!
