Wonderful working with Kathy Barrie at Michael Saunders to find a home to escape the cold winters in the northeast! It was challenging for us to do our search remotely but Kathy worked with us to really understand our requirements and find homes that suited us. We finally selected one after several virtual visits and Kathy did a great job handling the contract and closing process. She also helped us find a few contractors who are working with us to make our new home our own. Kathy was willing to go above and beyond to make this experience go smoothly and we would highly recommend her!
