We can’t put into words how lucky we have been to work with someone like Mary Helen. Our family is brand new to the Port Charlotte area and needed some guidance. Mary Helen went above and beyond, to not just understand our needs, but to get to know us as a family. She worked tirelessly to make sure we understood every step of the process and had an opportunity to ask (a lot) of questions. I am a REALTOR® with Michael Saunders & Company, Venice Office. I do not regularly work the Longboat Key area. Positive, helpful, knowledgeable, good for extra effort, resourceful, good network of professionals around her, excellent follow through - all these things are experienced when working with Marcy. Our purchase was remote and she facilitated our viewings, offers and contract professionally in an extremely fast paced market beautifully and successfully. She continues to support us in our new property even today, 4 months after close of escrow.
