We have purchased and sold many properties over the years. I can say without hesitation that Kevin & Audrey are the best agents we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They took time to educate us about the wild housing market in Florida and property set our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were able to buy a second home in the Bradenton area. They were also very quick to respond when we needed anything. Kris Niehaus is BEYOND FIVE STARS -- I truly mean that, with all sincerity. She is a SUPERHERO without a cape (you should give her one), as she leaps tall obstacles without hesitating, races to the rescue with answers to every question, and is so speedy and efficient. I had to say something about what it is like working with Kathy. She is amazing! My wife and I were considering a move to Florida. We thought with the low inventory and fast-moving market, we would just get to show Kathy what we were like and then most-likely have to make multiple trips to see homes and then also have trips to close. Kathy got it all done on that trip, coordinated EVERY detail, and got us the home we needed for our family from that first trip, while we were 3000 miles away for most of the work. There aren't words to explain how much this has meant to us, and her continuing outreach and care has been unbelievable as we get ready for our big move. We have a few friends considering moving to central Florida, and we have had the privilege or recommending her with no reservation! We are even considering additional real estate transactions in the area, mostly because we know that we are in good hands with Kathy! What a pro! Her calm approach and fierce efforts on our behalf were awesome! She made us feel like family. Thank you, Kathy!

To say that Janet went above and beyond for us would be a vast understatement. In purchasing our condo, closing was delayed twice. The last time it was cancelled 20 minutes before closing while we were doing our final walkthrough and all our belongings were on the moving truck in the parking lot - at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon - with a dog and a cat! The problem was a discrepancy between the HOA, the HOA insurance agents, FEMA maps, and mortgage underwriters regarding flood zones. Janet arranged a last-minute occupancy lease so we had somewhere to live, and continued to work diligently on our behalf. She told us she had never failed to close a sale, and she persisted until we were able to close a week later! Janet stayed on top of everything and in constant communications between all parties. She learned more than she ever wanted to know about flood zones, and she advocated for us on all fronts. I cannot say enough good things about Janet Toth and would highly recommend her as an agent. Hopefully no one will ever have as eventful buying experience as we had, but if you do, you definitely want Janet on your side. As for the sale of our house, Janet told us to hold on because it was going to get crazy. And it did! We had multiple offers and sold in less than one day at $77,000 over the asking price! If you are buying or selling, I highly recommend Janet Toth. She is friendly, professional, and does what it takes to get you the best price and terms for your current home, and to get you into your new home!Lisa Buck

Rebie was phenomenal. She had a thorough grasp of our situation and what I really appreciate most about her was her empathy.
