Alex knows Real Estate. His work ethic and responsiveness, as well as his prior success in my neighborhood set my expectations high. Additionally having actually lived in my complex meant he could definitely speak with professionalism and enthusiasm. Having spent my career in marketing and sales allowed me to view the selling process from s different angle. He was receptive to the collaborative marketing shifts I recommended. I'm ecstatic we sold and closed in a month! In this tenuous market, I did the prep to make the unit move-in ready and exceptionally styled to meet any buyer AND, Alex got it marketed and negotiated! Brenda has been the best agent I've had (I've bought/sold 12 houses). She knew the market and gave me good advice about pricing. Working with Rebie Benedict is always a pleasure. We worked with her to sell our house on W. Wesley and to buy our condo at Park Place on Peachtree. We never considered any other agent to sell the house on Longwood. She does her homework and is very responsive.
