We would like you to know that Chris Baylis not only listed our custom home and large property but found us our new forever home. Chris went above and beyond with us and treated us as family members. Through the selling process, Chris dealt in a very ethical and professional manner with our difficult buyer. She made us aware of any requests or demands of that buyer. She even had to help the buyer’s realtor with addendums and problems with her client. Chris educated us on what to look for or what to avoid in the homes she took us to view. She listened to our wants and needs through the entire process, then showed us homes that met those requests. She was quick to respond to our request to see homes or with questions. Chris was extremely professional but has a warmth about her that eases any concerns a seller or buyer may experience. In this busy market, she didn’t let any time pass so we could view and enter offers on homes we were interested in buying. We were out bid on two previous homes but Chris was determined to find us a perfect home and she did. We would highly recommend Chris Baylis to our family and friends! Noel Morton and her team are fully deserved of this 5 Star review awarded in respect of our recent sale of our property in Bradenton Fl. Andrea did a great job in finding us appropriate properties and spent a lot of time setting up viewings of the properties and showing us around, working with the seller's real estate agent and helping with the closing. I give her my highest recommendation.

Kathleen was absolutely wonderful in helping with the sale of my Moms condo. I could not have done it without her, she helped us get top dollar for the condo and then managed the entire transaction flawlessly. She helped me with all my questions and concerns. It was a very traumatic move for my 85 year old Mom and Kathleen treated her with such kindness and was truly concerned about my Moms feelings during the entire transaction. Sandi provided outstanding service as it related to a virtual experience, from the initial walk through, knowledge and discussion of the market and which points of the contract were negotiable and how so. Provided constant communication via text, email and imaging and was so kind as to have the existing carpets cleaned so our walk through, upon arrival, was a pleasant one. Highly, highly recommend!
