Michael James is the most amazing young man. He not only is knowledgeable about the real estate business, but he is also a great human being. I always felt comfortable expressing my opinions and expectations for the sale of this “retirement" home. Even when he knew my expectations were unrealistic, he listened very carefully and expressed his concerns in a very conversational manner so I felt heard and understood. It was more than a year that Kris had to wait to receive her commission awaiting the build of our new home at Esplanade on Palmer Ranch.
