Tammy was very helpful and made an extra effort to video tour the house so I could get an idea of what the interior was like. Being out of state this was a big deal! I would recommend contacting Tammy for all of your real-estate needs!

Joanne is just the best real estate agent we have ever known. She is experienced and very very knowledgeable. She is also great with clients both buyers and sellers and is always ready to help. She was our agent when we bought our home in Venice fourteen years ago. At that time she was extremely patient—working with us until we found just the right home. This year it was time sell. We called Joanne and she led us through the whole process seamlessly and professionally from preparing our house to list right through the closing. And the price was right! Margie was excellent to work with. She is a very hard worker and has an excellent attention to detail. Joanne Sckowska was our listing agent and she had to be out of town while we were negotiating our contract. Everything went seamlessly! because Margie is so knowledgeable. She even handled an open house with a huge number of attendees. We would recommend Margie to anyone who appreciates a true professional.

I had the amazing opportunity to work with Denise, She helped me and my family out with a first time property purchase. Not only was the experience top tier, But she made the whole experience very personable she made a connection and was invested in my dream, that ultimately she was able to captain the entire way and kept us safe through the entire journey Instead of the process feeling transactional, It literally felt like I was with a family member just taking a casual stroll at the park. She kept me well informed at all times about what was going on with the entire purchasing process. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Nor I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Denise. 10/10 if I could give her a higher rating trust me I would!

I have known Jo-Anne since 1999 when she sold my condo. She is very honest, trustworthy and most of all a friend. She recently sold my home and she made the experience very easy and stress free. She was their for me everyday keeping me calm and telling me to take deep breaths when I was feeling stressed. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

She did an amazing job at searching for properties within my criteria and made herself available to me the week I flew down to look at properties. When I found the one I loved and knew there were others bidding on it as well, Morgan and Jennifer stepped up to the plate and worked their magic to get the job done. Late that evening I was under contract. Once under contract I worked closely with Jen, office administrator. She was very organized and kept me on track with everything that needed to be completed and the timeline. Morgan stepped in on my behalf since I was out of state and made sure inspections etc etc were all taken care of. Through the entire process this entire team had my back and made the experience a great one. I cannot imagine going through it with anyone else.
