Robin professionally guided us through a months long real estate journey with patience and attention to detail. It's been a wonderful experience working with Barbara. She is a complete professional, with years of experience and a voluminous knowledge of the region and market. After a day of viewing homes, I was drowning in information. What a pleasure and relief it was to arrive home and find an email from Barbara with a summarized report of our meetings. The reason that I contacted Kristine Carson to be my agent to list this mobile home for sale was because she recently sold another mobile home in October, 2024 which was located in the same mobile home park. I figured that she was familiar with title transfers and wanted an agent to list the sale for me since I have no experience with real estate sales. The notary, Chet Joseph, was excellent and very thorough in the title transfer which made the sale process go smoothly. Peace of mind for the seller and buyer. Thank you.

Carolyn Calloway is the best real estate sales agent period! Carolyn and I have known each other most of our lives and went to school together. However, this was my first opportunity to use her for a real estate need. Not just because of our personal relationship, but I must say, my real estate experience with her as my agent was my most successful ever. I can't say enough good things about her! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and always a step ahead! She knows and understands the market, enabling her client to find the perfect property and then negotiating a successful action.
