Yesterday we bought a house with Kaitlin. This is not the first our house and not the first with Kait. We have had a lot of realtors since we moved to Florida from Germany and had a lot of negative experiences. Kaitlin is a very honest and responsible person. She is one of those who puts the desires and well-being of the client above her earnings. Can you imagine such a realtor? We couldn't until we met Kaitlin. I would recommend Kaitlin for everyone without any hesitation.

This is not my first experience engaging Maurice to sell a property. He sold my condo several years ago and helped me purchase a house. The attention to detail, knowledge of the area, understanding the client and listening skills are beyond compare. I realized just how top notch when I recently used another realtor for a transaction. A mistake I will not repeat. There is no comparison. As Maurice is now helping me sell that mistake and buy something suitable for me, I would suggest anyone looking for a real estate professional talk to Maurice before enlisting anyone else.

Jackie is an excellent realtor. More than that, she takes the time necessary to get to know her clients… their hobbies, likes and dislikes, quirks and all! I can tell that she truly wants what is best for her clients. She worked with our tight timeline, and even missed out on a family gathering in order to make sure we had a seamless closing. We felt like valued customers while working with her. We LOVE our new home and honestly feel that we would not have been successful in getting this house in this extremely competitive market were it not for her tenacity. We will be forever grateful that we lucked into having her as our realtor!
