What can I say? Richard is exceptional! He's a consummate professional, who has a powerfully nuanced understanding of the entire Sarasota/Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch/Venice market. He was very communicative and intuitive, during the entire process of helping us to find a new home. I could honestly not have asked for a better, more pleasant experience overall. And I might add, he is clever, funny and a sincere joy to be around.

Debbie was thorough, effective and professional in all aspects of the listing and sale process. We interviewed several realtors; however, Debbie distinguished herself by putting the comparable properties in context. She explained how each home in the comparable-market-analysis listing was similar or dissimilar to our home – and she had photos to support her perspectives. She had an open house for our home on the two weekend days following when our listing went “live” with an offer deadline two days later. We received multiple offers and a selling price higher than our list price. Further, the magazine-quality photos she had done, including drone views and a virtual-3D tour, were quite exceptional.

I was delighted to work with Mary, Janis, and Ron on the sale of my Sarasota home this fall, and, prior to that, on the purchase of another home in Sarasota. Though I know they have many, many clients, they were always so response that they made me feel like I was the only one they were working with each time. Having Ron's expertise as a lawyer was extremely helpful and he patiently walked me through all of the forms and contracts and explained documents in layman's terms. They responded to every text, email and question immediately. And most important, they made something that could have been stressful and emotional (selling my childhood home), joyful and even fun - they kept everything light and made me feel positive about the decisions I was making. Maurice and Lin did a fantastic job selling my mother's condo. The sale went through within a month of the listing date and everything went smoothly. Maurice and Lin went out of their way to be as helpful as possible and took care of all the details. They were very pleasant and we enjoyed them both.

This was our fourth transaction with Kristen, and as always, it went flawlessly. The listing price she suggested was right on the money thanks to her expertise. The house was sold to the first person that viewed it. Her knowledge of home construction and remodeling is a huge benefit to anyone buying or selling a home with Kristen and she can provide such insight into any issues that may arise. She has a warm and caring personality that makes her a joy to work with. Kristen was always responsive and answered any questions that arose. Bottom line is I would highly recommend Kristen and you could not find a better agent!
