When looking at real estate companies, I was impressed with your story and success. I was very excited to use a female-owned company and the service we received was stellar. I called the office, was asked a few simple questions, and received a call from Linda that same day. Having very little knowledge of the area between Sarasota and Cape Coral, I had a ton of questions for Linda. She answered them all patiently and with knowledge. She asked pointed questions about what we were looking for in a property and most importantly, she LISTENED to us. Linda understood our desire to explore the area and knew we were in no rush to buy something. We had a short window of just one week to travel to the area and she had several great properties lined up for us from one end of the county to the other! We had a whirlwind first day which was informative, productive, and FUN! With the crazy FL market, I thought we were going to strike out on buying something, but that was OK because we had fallen in love with the area and knew after many years and lots of searching that Venice was going to be our target point. Long story short, on our last morning in FL a property popped on the market. It was perfect! The sellers did not want to do any showings because the weather was awful, but Linda worked her magic, got us in late that afternoon, and we wrote a contract that evening. She knew it was going to be a very popular property with the potential for multiple offers, so she suggested giving the sellers only until early the next morning to accept or decline our offer. It worked and we got the property. Since the signed contract and our closing, Linda has continued to go above and beyond to help us. She has been wonderful communicating with the seller's agent, provided all documents needed to keep our "snowbird" renter happy and in place, and even gave up a Friday night to hang out at the condo with the cable guy!

We would like to say thank you to both Janie Vaughan & John Harms. Janie made the whole process a positive one. Her energy, her willingness to assist us in any way, her upbeat friendly attitude was just wonderful! Janie's communication toolbox was full. Her texts, phone calls, emails & notices when something had to be signed or decided were quick and clear. No balls were dropped. John was so relaxed and kind. We never felt any pressure from either agent. They both made us feel like we had two new Florida friends. We love our new home.

I would like to send my appreciation to two of your agents, Jennifer Fisher and Laura Singer. I felt these two ladies went above and beyond showing us different neighborhoods and houses to meet our needs. Since our closing, they continue to help with references and advice on projects needed around the new home. Over the past several years we worked with Edie on 5 separate real estate transactions and she never disappoints. We have found her to be professional, hard-working, collaborative, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of the market. Edie has always gone the extra mile for us and most recently we engaged her in virtual tours as we were in Maine while house shopping in Venice. We have developed a great deal of trust in working with Edie so we felt comfortable making an offer and purchase without physically seeing the home. My sister and I hired Crystal to sell my parents' house based on a friend of our brother who spoke highly of her. We had never met her when we asked her to represent us. My sister Suzanne finally flew down to Florida to meet with Crystal after the process was well underway. Unfortunately, due to family health issues, I was unable to go to Florida. Crystal went above and beyond what we had expected she would do. She was very prompt at returning phone calls, and just as quick replying to emails. She is very knowledgeable and gave us good advice when trying to de-clutter the house. There was never a delay. The entire process went smoothly. In this day and age, it was nice to know we could trust people to do what we hoped they were going to do. We kind of went in blindly, and Crystal assured us the entire way that all was going well. What normally should have been a stressful time turned into one of ease thanks to Crystal.

As we are settling into our new home and enjoying our next chapter in life we realize that it would not have been possible without your extraordinary persistence, professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. Having sold our home in Massachusetts so quickly we assumed the purchase of a new home would be an easy task. Quickly we realized that today in the Venice area this is a challenge that is almost insurmountable. Your ability to guide us from beginning to end, assess our needs, and relentlessly show us properties that matched our needs made it so seamless. Patience, guidance, wisdom, experience are all solid attributes that you brought to us and aided us in eventually living where we are now. We arrived in Florida on September 8th and closed and moved into our new home on October 13th. This would not be possible without you and your talents and skills. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. We were buying from out of state and even though my wife was raised in Sarasota and we’ve been visiting for 30 years, we had lots of questions. Jeff answered them all and most importantly he listened and quickly narrowed in on what worked for us. Jeff made the closing easy, solved the inevitable problems that crop up, and continued to offer assistance even after the close. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Sally’s diligence, compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her work. She was available during the weird hours we sometimes needed to speak with her, she was incredibly patient with my mom (who is afflicted with early-stage dementia) and provided “feet-on-the-ground” support for us (as we are located in New York). Everything Sally did, she exuded the highest level of service and when trouble-shooting needed to be done, she was spot-on with her recommendations. I only hope that we have occasion in the future to refer folks to Sally. You are quite fortunate to have her on your team!

Mark is an outstanding resource for the greater Sarasota area ... he really knows the business and the communities. Always the consummate gentleman; he's a great communicator who listens carefully to the client's needs.
