In a word: Amazing! We are so happy with our new home in Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch. We wanted to buy into Gillespie Park 7 years ago. We picked a home across the street from Valerie that was not for sale at the time. She hunted down the owner and persuaded him to sell. We have been her happy neighbors ever since. She is the best.
