Keith Kropp and Wayne Rogers were great guys and really nice to work with. But that is not what you needin a great Realtor. Especially in today's market, you need someone who is knowledgeable, responsive andreliable in the real estate industry. You also need someone who will handle all the details and lead you in theright direction for the purchase of your new home, but not try to make the decision for you. Keith and Waynewere this and more through our entire home purchase process. They were readily available on the phoneand for showings and helped us immensely – start to finish. We would highly recommend Keith and Wayneto anyone looking for a home in the Sarasota area.

We are fortunate to have worked with Larry Cushing in the sale of our first home in the Cascades and the purchase of our second house in the same community. Larry found the perfect house we were looking for while we were in NJ and walked through the house with us on face time. He was invaluable in facilitating our purchase of the house. We relied on his expertise and his judgment. He then listed our original house for sale. Because we were in NJ he and his wife staged the house for sale. They did a wonderful job and the house was sold in a day above the asking price. Larry has flawless judgment and impeccable integrity and we recommend him enthusiastically.

We highly recommend working with Tony. We saw as many as 10 properties in one day. He helped clarify what was important to both of us, as well as the reality and operations of the dynamic Sarasota real estate maketplace. He gave good advice for bid pricing, accompanying financial terms and contact options for insurance, title, mortgage and inspectors for us to vet. This was invaluable information as we are purchasing a condo while living in another state.

BibiAnn and her all star team did an amazing job for me and my family. From start to finish and beyond she was there. I consider her a friend more than my agent. Best, Jeremy

Becky and John Amos have been great friends for a long time. Also, they know what they are doing and how to enter act with all dimensions for a sales contract and those involved. We are most fortunate that they were able to market, negotiate and sell our property in a reasonable time. Thank you to Becky and John!
