By way of background, I am an investment banker who recently relocated from New York City to Lakewood Ranch. We were very fortunate to have met Rebecca Milbank midway through our process. We had previously been working on a less defined basis with another agent and I can’t even begin to express how happy we are / were to have migrated over to Rebecca. Rebecca was nothing short of outstanding – she has all the traits of an outstanding real estate broker and at the same time she does not have the traits of some of the overbearing real estate agents (i.e. she is not pushy and / or singularly focused on ensuring a transaction takes place). Rebecca was extraordinarily honest, phenomenally helpful and was a great guide to us in to the real estate market of Lakewood Ranch. She was extremely patient and shared with us all the pros and focused us on all the shortcomings of each property we collectively evaluated (specifically, shortcomings that we would otherwise have missed). Ultimately she got us a pocket listing for a property in Country Club East that we closed on slightly more than a month ago. The entire process with Rebecca was seamless and enjoyable and night and day different from each of my other experiences in transacting on real estate. Rebecca is a super star and clearly best in class. To make it even better, Toma was incredible and helped us significantly on the day of closing and AFTER. He came to our residence and checked in on us the day after we moved in and following the tropical storm which hit the area in the days soon thereafter. We had a couple of issues with our house and Toma moved mountains to ensure those issues were addressed expediently. This is not typical and one could not have asked for better support through a real estate transaction from one’s agent. I must say I don’t often submit reviews but I had to in this instance as I have a very high bar for performance and Rebecca / Toma well exceeded that. They are phenomenal team and well done in keep them as part of your team.

Absolutely wonderful to work with. Susan and Priscila ensured that the sale of our late mother's Deer Creek home to new owners was done in timely and respectful fashion. It was very difficult for us to leave a home that our mother loved. The ladies ensured that our concerns and interests were taken into account and respected. They were a pleasure to work with.

When I was shopping for a new home in Sarasota, I met Jimmy Dean; he was hosting at the model home in the community where I bought. He was my favorite of all the real estate agents I met at any community from Venice to Lakewood Ranch - and I looked at them all. He is friendly, positive, smart, knowledgeable, honest and a genuine pleasure to be around. Anyone who uses him as their Realtor will be in great hands with someone who really knows the area and community and who also is a joy to be near.
