Izzy was an absolute pleasure to work with and so very helpful to us in everyway. From offer to closing she was super. Professional and very responsive. She constantly provided good advice and connections for us, which was essential as we were moving from out of state. Thank you Izzy!

Mere words fail to convey my appreciation and indeed admiration for Susan Elkins. Personal charm notwithstanding, her ability to transform a complicated process into a seamless, seemingly effortless and painless conclusion is remarkable! I felt that she was tireless in every detail and communication, even when circumstances necessitated removing the listing after only a day on the market and revisiting the whole issue a week later! Whether checking on the house, running interference with keys, providing suggestions and counsel to me as an out of town seller, she was invaluable. Such an absolute pleasure to encounter this degree of excellence and professionalism! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Susan!!!!

Jo-anne is an excellent realtor. She was very understanding and very compassionate toward my father. When he passed, she made our journey with selling his home very easy. She explained everything and gave us direction. She was always there to answer any of our questions. I relied on her vast experience and she did not disappoint. I would recommend her to everyone, and if I am ever in need of a home, I will definitely be using her. Thank you Jo-anne for being there for my family during a very hard time.

From the start Shirley did an excellent job with having great photos taken of our property in order have brochures printed which showed the property well. She kept us informed during the time our property was on the market. If we were to have a need in the Atlanta area in the future we would contact Shirley. She works tirelessly for her client and has their best interest at heart.
