Jackie worked hard to get this sale completed. She was available at all times, I needed to talk with her or get info. This includes well she was on vacation, in the evenings, weekends and holidays.

We were very fortunate to have Angela Lista as our agent. She was in contact with us in New York by email and phone almost everyday. She was relentless in scanning the market for homes we might like. So very important was Angela’s honesty and opinion. If she did not feel good about a home or the area she did not hesitate to explain why. Coming from out of state that is very important. We were able to find a home when we visited the area. Angela spent 4 days with us and we finally were able to find our home. We eventually closed on the property. During the whole process Angela was so helpful. Always on top of every issue. Never missed a beat. And then… she’s a great person and so much fun to be with. I absolutely highly recommend Angela. You will not be disappointed.

We have worked with many sales agents in the past and none compares to Katie, in fact none comes even close. Katie was very knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, nice, professional, accommodating, excellent listener, positive, and most of all patient. We have been looking for a home (coming from out of state) for approximately 4 or 5 months and with all the weekend travels, month after month, weekdays and weekends, Katie made time and stood by us. She was amazing and phenomenal as she continued to help us see one house to the next and have the heart & patience to just be there for us. This took a special person to be committed and have grace. No words can express enough how thankful we are. She is a great sales agent but most of all, she is a great person with heart. She went above and beyond her duty in helping us find a beautiful home. We were introduced to Debbie, trying too negotiate a house that we were thinking about buying. Debbie is a very knowledgeable person that understands your interests and respects them. We saw what she did to help the sellers to get the house ready to sell and it worked out well for everyone. We asked he to look at our condo and give us an evaluation, without putting it on the market, she found a buyer that bought our condo before we listed it. We would recommend her to anyone.
