Peter was tasked with helping myself and my brother sell our parent's dated family home in Mote Ranch. We worked with Jonnie for over two years to find the right home for us, and she showed us the properties we had an interest in from south of Venice to numerous ones in Lakewood Ranch. This was on top of us being 1200 miles away, in the midst of COVID challenges, and in the hottest real estate market in eats so many of the showings were virtual. Jonnie was customer-oriented and amazingly patient throughout and helped us with a variety of offers until the right opportunity presented itself.

I am pleased to share my experiences with my recent house sale. When looking for a realtor, I immediately called Leah who lived in the neighborhood and had answered questions I had had in the past. Leah knew Glenn Lakes and was on top of the rapidly changing market. She listed and got my asking price within a few days. Prior to the sale, she made excellent suggestions of improvements I should make to the outside of the property. She also put me in touch with local tradespeople who could complete the work. She answered all my questions, kept me informed through the whole process, and was very easy to work with.

She was not only nice but welcoming and very down-to-earth. She kept us up to date with numerous possibilities and offered very valuable information. I would be lying if I said the process was easy. We were in Kentucky trying to buy a home in Florida! But Lee was amazing! She was always calm and helpful, We did FaceTime tours of two properties. We offered on both and the second one is ours! When we came for closing and got to see our condo first hand, I was elated! It was exactly what Lee Anna had said. I not only have a realty, a realtor in Florida, but I also have a friend.

Shelley is very professional while also being very down-to-earth and relatable. I trust what she tells us because I know that she researches questions to find the correct answer. The best part of our experience was feeling important and that we were her only client although we knew we weren’t. She communicated with us on a regular basis and most of all was very prompt in tending to our interests in property. She was prompt in meeting the preposterous deadlines that are present with some of these bidding requests present today. Shelley never pressured us and always made us feel that she would be with us no matter how long it took for us to find a home.
