Adam is the most comprehensive agent I have met, with intimate knowledge of the area, completely accessible day and night throughout the closing, and extremely organized to make the move smooth with simple things like a utility list, key cards for the gate, and all the little details that make moving so tough. There was no falling sort in working with Beverly Alter- indeed, I felt lucky and immensely grateful to have landed a realtor of such competence, knowledge, sensitivity, and integrity! Bev set the stage right from the beginning- listening to what I hoped to achieve financially, to my concerns, to any special constraints I had, and of course to rules governing agents' visitations given my spouse's health. That made all the difference. As with any good realtor, she presented factual info – real estate comps, input on what I might do to prepare my home for sale- and throughout it all put us at the center of the whole process always listening intently to us while providing us meaningful objective information on the whole sales environment and process. Bev constantly by her action and behavior that she represented a company – Michael Saunders & Company – that lived by its professed statement of values.

I found working with Berkshire to be a great process. Our realtor Annette Moore was absolutely amazing. She was always available when we needed any advice. She helped us every step of the way. Selling a home can be a tough and emotional process and she made the process so smooth and easy. Explaining everything so we were able to make the best decision. I would recommend her and this company to anyone.
