Cathy is a long time friend. Cathy had sold houses for other family members. Cathy provided sound advice as to how to prepare our home after 27 years to be at its best when we put it up for sale. Her advice was spot on as we had two contracts after the first day. Cathy was with us every step of the way providing us with support for prepping, showing and selling our home. We would absolutely use Cathy again and would highly recommend her services.

Kiley Riccardi is hands down the best realtor you could ever imagine. She is professional, courteous, diligent, expertly knowledgeable, and boasts a delightful personality. She is a skilled negotiator and tireless advocate, who acts with integrity. We had many realtor friends to choose from, but could not be happier with our decision to work with Kiley. Just look at her former listings if you do not believe me. We will forever use Kiley for our real estate needs and recommend her to anyone and everyone we can!

Katie was very helpful and professional in all her dealings with us. She was especially helpful in helping us find people to perform some requested upgrades/repairs made by our buyers.

Laurie asked great questions and really listened to us before and during our house hunt. She picked up on what we liked and knew the area well. This led to us finding the right home for our family quickly. Her support throughout the process was extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend Laurie to anyone looking in the area!

It is with great pleasure that we write this letter of recommendation for our outstanding Realtor, Denise. From the very beginning, she was by our side every step of the way, guiding us with her deep knowledge, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. Denise has an exceptional ability to take hold of every situation with confidence and ease, ensuring that each challenge we faced turned into a smooth transition. No matter what came up, she handled it with expertise and grace, making the entire process seamless for us. Her vibrant personality, combined with her kindness and genuine care for her clients, sets her apart in this field. We have had four homes built in the past, and without question, Denise has been the best Realtor we’ve ever worked with. She was always “Johnny on the spot,” taking care of business promptly and effectively. Whenever we needed her, she was there—supportive, resourceful, and ready to help. Denise’s warmth, friendliness, and professionalism make her not only an exceptional Realtor but also a true pleasure to work with. We are grateful for everything she did for us and cannot recommend her highly enough. Anyone fortunate enough to work with her will quickly see why she is so successful. Pat Leary and Jane Kressel
