My husband and I cannot speak more highly of our realtor, Kathy Callahan, and we are convinced that we would never have found our perfect beach condo without her many extra efforts on our behalf. Kathy's excellent relationship with other realtors was the difference, and she became aware of the availability of our new home early. The day we saw it we signed the contract, and the day after we signed the contract there was a list of folks who wanted to buy at a higher price. Kathy worked round the clock with enthusiasm and kindness. On the day we moved in, we found an entire weekend of gourmet meals and wine in our refrigerator - courtesy of Kathy. We give her our highest rating without qualification!

Second time using Janis and her team, first a purchase in downtown Sarasota and then 5 years later the sale. Being from Buffalo and not in town for the process both times, we had tremendous confidence that all was being handled, we were kept in the loop every step of the way. I was impressed both times at the way the Collier team went above and beyond, they coordinated the cleaning and staging of the unit, attended inspections and followed up on each item, assisted on the disposition of furniture, a trusted advisor, extremely knowledgeable of the market and the condos in the area. Highly recommended!

It's taken me a few months to write this, as I was researching more words to use for exceptional, extraordinary, professional, knowledgeable, cultured, funny, poised, cool headed, witty - I just can't stop!! My husband met Marcy in March on his real estate scouting trip, and in April we both flew to Florida. The intent was for me to meet Marcy, and if we "clicked", we would proceed with using her as our realtor and begin a casual search for homes. She surpassed every expectation I've ever had of a realtor. Marcy is SO AMAZING, our casual search to get to know neighborhoods and areas (we are from North Dakota) turned into an offer being written five hours later. That was in April - Marcy responded quickly to all of our questions, and followed through with every detail - even past closing!! I have never had such a great experience - and we've bought and sold plenty in the past 15 years. We absolutely LOVE the home we purchased, and can't wait to become FloriDakotans. Best of EVERYTHING to you Marcy - you deserve it!!

BJ was the most crucial element in our search for a Florida home. He was diligent in suggesting properties that met our changing wishes as our search evolved and was tireless in taking us to see them. His knowledge of the housing market and the need to act quickly and decisively brought us success in purchasing the home we wanted. BJ was also a great help in negotiating with sellers and their agents. His referral of insurance, inspection and mortgage providers was spot on.
