. Kathy Harman was just fantastic to work with and she spent countless hours finding us the right home, at the right price in a very competitive market. Before Kathy, we were using a local AMI realtor (one of the largest on the island starting with an “S”) that was not responsive and had little knowledge or care of the sales process or what we really were looking for. I met Kathy at an open house and she reached out directly to us a few days later with options and a search strategy. I was blown away by both knowledge of real-estate, but maybe more importantly, her attention to detail and amazing work ethic. I have bought or sold at least 10 properties in my lifetime, and she is by far the best agent I have ever been associated with. I also want to say that the MSC title and MSC Mortgage company(s) were also great partners and everything was well coordinated resulting in a stress-free process.

Finding the perfect house is tough in the market today. Tracy was always available to help us with last minute showings and getting us any information we needed to find the perfect home. We were fortunate to work with Kristen Wheat from mid January until late June 2021. Kristen was pleasant, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely available to show us homes as soon as they came on the market. It was a difficult buying market but Kristen stayed informed and on task to find us a home. We did find a home and Kristen went above and beyond to help us through the process of purchase and closing of our new home. We feel very lucky to have had her help and professional guidance.
