I've only had one other experience with a real estate agent and it was not good. Working when Shelley was a joy. She seemed to honestly care about my needs and concerns. When I told her that I had made a mistake by not bidding on a property we had looked at, she got in touch with people in the community to see if anyone would be selling in the next six months. That was above and beyond. Shelley knew that this was my first time buying real estate and she was patient and helped me crystallize what kind of property I wanted and what town worked best for me. I feel as though I've made a friend for life and I would use her again for any real estate issues and I would recommend her to any of my friends.

Once we connected with Janis and Ron looking for a new home was far less daunting, especially given the current real estate market frenzy. They listened carefully and found the perfect home for us. The Milbank Team is the best. They worked very hard with us & for us in selling our home. The Milbank Team is very knowledgeable about the market & what people are looking for in todays décor. Up to the last minute as we were walking out of our empty house, Toma Milbank was by our side. An experience I will never forget & will be forever thankful!
