A fantastic agent to work with! Stacy put all of our interests as her primary concern. She found us remarkably nice waterfront condo that we’ll enjoy for a long time. I had searched many locations and couldn’t find what I wanted. Stacy alerted me the day the condo was listed and of course, there were multiple offers. She help me write up the best offer and we got the condo. Any questions that came up after signing the sales contract, we got answers back in a timely fashion. Thank you Stacy.

Jonathan's market knowledge, effort, patience, and professionalism clearly stood out for us during several weeks of condo shopping during a very hectic and volatile market. We had a wonderful experience with Shelley. We began our search in January, not being exactly sure what we were looking for. We met up with Shelley and saw 3 houses the first day and also a model home that we really liked. We considered buying at this point and Shelley provided us with all the information we needed to move forward. However, the time frame became too far out with new construction and we resumed our home search. Shelley spent many of her weekends showing us homes in an area we thought we wanted to be. We put in many offers on homes (many of them above asking) and they all fell through for various reasons. One of them being an 11th hour offer on a home we were sure we were going to get. Shelley was ever patient and optimistic and assured us we would find the right house. After seeing a home in Burnt Store Marina we really liked, but was already under contract, we decided that this was the neighborhood we wanted to be. We missed out on another couple of opportunities but Shelley kept us focused and assured us that something would come up in the marina. She was absolutely right as the first house we had looked at went back on the market and we were able to come to a mutual agreement after some long negotiations in which Shelley worked nights and weekends to help us hammer out. We ended up with a beautiful house that we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted. Shelley is knowledgeable, professional, and proactive. We feel like we made a friend in the process and couldn't ask for more in realtor.

As a first-time homebuyer, the home buying process seemed intimidating at first, especially in a seller's market. Anshul Jain dispelled my fears by guiding me through the home buying process and teaching me how to find houses that give the most value. He also took time out of his evenings and weekends to show me houses, submit offers, and negotiate with the sellers. I could see that Anshul was passionate about helping me get the best house. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

House went on the market and was under contract for an acceptable price within a week. Jennifer and her team did a remarkable job getting the house in condition to show and in getting the property exposure. This was a high end home that had been on the market twice within the past two years and not sold. Excellent all around performance!

Thank you for selecting me for the Lemon Bay Conservancy Elsie Bracken Environmental Science Scholarship. My family and I are extremely grateful for your generosity. I will be putting this scholarship to good use in my upcoming school year. I have just competed my final week of senior year and looking forward to starting a new chapter of my life. Even with the restrictions Covid has put in place, this academic year has proven to be my most successful. Being at Lemon Bay High School has greatly shaped me over the years. I am proud to say that I am both much more educated and much more mature than I was when I first entered the school. I have also met many new people who have served as both crucial supports and crucial lessons. I see the present as a time to keep my beloved friends and family close, as I am about to begin the next chapter of my life. I am excited to continue my education with your aid and prepare for my future career in environmental science. I will be studying at the Tampa campus of USF starting this fall.
