I am so grateful and fortunate to have found Heather Sniffen as my real estate agent. I have worked with several real estate professionals over the decades, but Heather is the standout among all the agents I have ever dealt with and I will certainly, without any question, have her be my agent in future real estate dealings. I found myself unexpectedly having to sell my house and relocate during the height of the COVID pandemic and I needed someone to take charge. There were times where I had forgotten to eat and Heather showed up with some much needed nourishment. BJ Jones is a consummate professional and performed an outstanding service for me in marketing and selling my house in Punta Gorda, Florida. The thing that separates BJ Jones and Michael Saunders & Company from other realtors is that they spent a significant sum of money and time marketing my house domestically and internationally in print and social media to prospective buyers. They paid for a professional photographer to take high quality photos and videos to market my house. I was very impressed with the video and drone footage which showed boating access to and from my home. I was out of the country for most of the listing period, and BJ went beyond the call of duty in helping me coordinate inspections and service providers . He would even pick up palm fronds from my property, and there are a lot of palm trees on the property. I have been a real estate lawyer for more than 30 years and I cannot say enough complimentary things about BJ. I have already recommended BJ Jones and Michael Saunders & Company to other friends, and will continue to do so in the future. I give BJ Jones a 5 Star Rating!

Very outgoing and very easy to look at houses with makes it fun and very knowledgeable and helpfu, she was very honest and did not try pulling anything which is appreciated

Over the years I've bought and sold several homes and this one was the smoothest of them all. From the first meeting thru the day of closing she made sure I was well informed of what was going on, answered my questions right away. She went over and above the basic selling of the property, assisting with many other "moving" obstacles. She cared about making sure the experience was a positive one. Would recommend her to anyone who wanted quick results with a friendly positive realtor. Great job!

We had rented a condo in Sarasota some years ago and two days before going home, we met Christy in the lobby of our building, showing a unit . She gave a short assessment of the Sarasota market, pricewise and availability. She was was free the next day and we were ready for a tour. I think we saw about 30 condos, mostly on the keys but als around the city. We were dead tired, it was 4.30 and wanted to go home. She absolutely insisted that there is one more unit to look at. By that time she had figured ou what we were looking for. As we drove into Bays Bluff - 14th St directly on the Bay - and walked around the 6-story building, a huge oak tree like a sculpture in front of us, the seawall, the water with the Pelikans fishing right behind, we were almost sold. When we entered the unit on the 4th floor, stepped on the balcony, we made an offer. A counter offer 20 minutes later, a final offer from us and we owned our own place. We were lucky, the view, the location, unique., it was exactly what we expected. As a good Realtor Christy had left our unit for the last option. We are still friends with her and her husband the assistant. Peter
