Shirley Demachis, our agent, was terrific. She was so patient and thorough. She helped us through every aspect of this buying and selling process. At one point, we needed to stop the process because of health reasons. Shirley never pressured us to do continue until we were ready. We appreciated her empathy for our situation. Hunting for a home in the Venice, Englewood, North Port area in the early part of 2021 was very exhausting.
