Amy was great. Very helpful in this process, particularly with the buyer who was making her house purchase for the first time, She frequently said she was unfamiliar with what to do and Amy provided guidance. She set a very fair price for my 90-year-old house and offered valuable tips for making improvements to justify the price. I never thought I would get that much money for it.
